We do not collect anything. Nothing you do in the game is sent anywhere, because the app makes no network requests and there is no server behind it. Your scores, streaks, achievements, run cards and any photo you attach are written to a private folder belonging to this app on your device, and they are deleted when you delete the app.
Effective 9 September 2026. This policy covers the Red Orb Rush app for iPhone and iPad, version 1.0.

None of this is transmitted, backed up to our servers, or shared with anyone. There are no servers.
Camera and photo library
The Trophy Case lets you put a picture behind one of your run cards. When you tap Camera or Photos, iOS asks your permission first. If you agree, the single image you choose is resized, saved as a JPEG inside the app's own folder, and shown only inside this app. It is not uploaded, not shared, not analysed and not read by anything else. Clear the backdrop deletes the file immediately.
If you decline either permission, every other part of the game continues to work exactly as before.
Notifications
If you turn on the Daily Rush reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device — an evening nudge when a new field is available and, if you have a streak running, a warning at 21:30. Local notifications never leave the device and involve no server or push service. You can turn them off inside Daily Rush or in the iOS Settings app.
What we do not do
- No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting SDKs.
- No advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking across apps or websites. The App Privacy manifest declares
NSPrivacyTrackingas false and an empty collected-data list. - No accounts, sign in, email collection, leaderboards or cloud sync.
- No location, contacts, microphone, health or motion data.
- No data brokers and no third party sharing, because nothing leaves the device to share.
The only required-reason APIs the app touches are declared in its privacy manifest: user defaults (CA92.1), file timestamps (C617.1) and disk space (E174.1), each used solely to store and read your own game files.
Children
Red Orb Rush is suitable for a general audience and collects nothing from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal information is gathered at all, there is nothing to request, correct or delete from a server.
Your control
Settings contains Erase all progress. It removes every file the app has written, including saved photos, and resets your preferences to their defaults. Deleting the app from your device has the same effect.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game ever changes what it stores, an updated policy ships inside that version of the app and replaces this page. The version this policy covers is shown at the bottom of the page.
